Middlesex Esq. in the Commission of the Peace for the liberty and Borough of St. Albans & an Alderman and twice Major of the Said Borough a Director of the Royal Hospital at Greenwich, sometime one of His Majesty's Commissioners of the Victually and Registrar of the Vice Admiralty Court of the Cape of Good Hope.
