2. Nathaniel PEARCE ⁽³³⁾ was born about 1719 in Lombard Street, London.⁽³⁴⁾ He died on 10 Dec 1765. ⁽³⁵⁾ Died age 46. He was buried in Church Brampton, Northampton Co..⁽³⁶⁾ Nathaniel Pearce was followed by Nathaniel [second] (1719-1765); his sister Elizabeth married the Rector, the Reverend Thomas May (q.v.). The "Isted Estate" map (1758) (q.v.) shows the extent of "Mr. Pearce's land" and details of the "names of enclosures" which are of particular interest. "B.I" refers to the inn where the Old Posting House now stands; "F" shows the site of St. Margaret's Chapel (q.v.).

Anne BODINGTON ⁽³⁷⁾ (daughter of Edward BODINGTON) was born about 1734.⁽³⁸⁾ Died age 64 She died on 16 Apr 1798 in Stony Chatford. ⁽³⁹⁾ She was buried in Church Brampton, Northampton Co.. ⁽⁴⁰⁾ Nathaniel PEARCE and Anne BODINGTON had the following children:
